Hey, I'm Nurse Bec!

I am a Registered Nurse, Holistic Health Coach, and mother of two boys. I am the founder of Coaching with Nurse Bec, a virtual private practice that integrates holistic health and functional medicine.

I partner with moms to explore every facet of life, identifying and reducing toxins – from stress to harmful chemicals – while nurturing a vibrant lifestyle. Through this collaborative approach, my clients become empowered to improve their well-being and cultivate sustainable, healthy habits.

As a nurse, coach, and scrunchy mom, I have come to the realization that creating a healthy lifestyle must embody a holistic perspective that incorporates multiple aspects of health. This includes physical, mental, emotional, and environmental aspects amongst others. 

To create a truly sustainable happier and healthier life, you have to include the entirety of yourself which also involves addressing your mindset and doing the necessary inner work.

Blending this approach with my skills of nursing, nontoxic living, and coaching allows me to support you in a variety of ways to cultivate your best life on your journey to becoming happier and healthier
